How we engage
Contract IT staffing. W-2 contract technology professionals for projects, surge capacity, and specialized skill gaps. We handle vetting, payrolling, benefits, and compliance; you get weekly timekeeping and one consolidated invoice.
Direct-hire placement. Success-based permanent placement when the hire matters. You review only candidates who have been screened, briefed, and confirmed interested. There is no fee until your new hire starts, and every placement carries a replacement guarantee.
Data and digital consulting. Outcome-scoped engagements — analytics platforms, cloud modernization, digital experience programs — delivered by managed teams with defined milestones and knowledge transfer built in.
Your candidates are kept informed
With candidate consent, we send transactional SMS updates during your search: application confirmations, interview reminders, reschedules, and offer-stage notices. In practice that means fewer no-shows and faster feedback loops. Two examples:
