What happens after you register
- A practice-area recruiter reviews your profile against open and pipeline roles in your discipline and preferred locations.
- When there is a match, we contact you first. Your resume is never submitted to any employer without your permission.
- We coordinate interviews end to end: scheduling, preparation notes, day-before SMS reminders, and rescheduling when plans change.
- At offer stage we advise on the package and manage the paperwork through your first day.
- Your record stays active for future roles until you ask us to close it. Reply STOP at any time to end SMS updates.
